Terms of Service

1. Overview

BullPVP is a blockchain-based skill gaming platform where users can:

  • Enter 1v1 skill-based matches using ETH or SOL
  • Win match rewards held in smart contracts
  • Open daily chests for the chance to win crypto prizes
BullPVP is non-custodial — all match funds are held and paid out by smart contracts. We never take possession of your crypto assets.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Not reside in or access the platform from restricted jurisdictions (see Section 9)
  • Provide a valid date of birth to verify eligibility
  • Use a web3-compatible wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom) to interact with the platform

3. Game Mechanics

Matches are entirely skill-based; outcomes are determined by user performance. Each match uses a dedicated smart contract to escrow funds and handle payouts. Winners receive the escrowed prize amount minus a platform fee, distributed automatically via the smart contract. The platform has no manual control over payouts or user assets.

4. Daily Chests & Sweepstakes

Users may open one free chest per day for a chance to receive an ETH or SOL reward. Chest prizes are randomized and awarded based on predetermined odds. No purchase is necessary to open a daily chest. Alternate free entry methods are available [Insert Link or Email Address]. Chest rewards are classified as promotional sweepstakes prizes.

5. Fees

BullPVP collects a transaction fee from each completed match. The fee is automatically deducted from the smart contract before distributing winnings to the victor. Fee rates are published on the platform and may be updated.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or multiple wallets to exploit the system
  • Engage in fraudulent gameplay or collusion
  • Access the platform from restricted locations
  • Circumvent age or location restrictions
Violation of these rules may result in access termination and disqualification from rewards.

7. Disclaimers

BullPVP does not guarantee earnings or payouts beyond what is enforced by smart contracts. Match outcomes are final once posted to the blockchain. Crypto values are volatile; you acknowledge the financial risk of playing with ETH/SOL. The platform is provided ”as is“, with no warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullPVP is not liable for:

  • Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs
  • User error in sending funds or interacting with the platform
  • Regulatory restrictions in your jurisdiction
  • Blockchain network issues or wallet problems
Your use of BullPVP is entirely at your own risk.

9. Jurisdictional Restrictions

You may not use BullPVP if you are located in or a resident of:

  • Washington, Louisiana, Montana, Arizona
  • Any jurisdiction that prohibits skill-based contests involving crypto rewards
We may use IP-based or wallet-based geoblocking to enforce this policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
